Educational Cultural Kits (Available now!!)
Our organization has put together four educational cultural kits that we loan out to individuals, schools or other organizations that are interested in sharing Chinese culture with others. The kits have an emphasis on Chinese New Year and are geared more for the elementary school age. However, you can adapt the materials to fit your needs.
The kits include a Chinese New Year video, Lion Dance Video, Chinese music cassettes, books, and displays about Chinese New Year.

San Diego Chinese Women's Association Scholarships
ATTENTION: SDCWA is currently accepting applications for scholarships!
Every year, the San Diego Chinese Women's Association awards scholarships to selected outstanding graduating seniors of Chinese descent who are attending high school in San Diego County.
The San Diego Chinese Women's Association scholarship is open to both male and female applicants. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must:
- Be a graduating senior
- Be attending a San Diego County school
- Be at least one-quarter Chinese
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0/weighted
- Have plans for further formal education
Two types of scholarships are available:
1. a one-time $1500 scholarship for use at a four-year university or college2. a one-time $500 scholarship for use at a two-year community college or vocational college.The total number of scholarships to be awarded will depend on availability of funding and the number of deserving applicants.
